Driver - Xp Pro SP2 for 8600M GT 512mb

Does anyone know the story on why Nvidia isn't making these drivers for this particular video card under the Windows XP Pro SP2 OS? Also, does anyone know if Omega Drivers are including this into the optimization drivers being created or if there are other websites that are making drivers to include this laptop video card?

Any and all information would be helpful! Thanks!

if you can post the HWID of this card i think i can give you a custom setup file, which may help you out but not sure.

Hello,

Who is the maker of your laptop video card? You may have to get the drivers from them.

Welcome to DH.

Here is a link to an INF which should work with your card and the 169.44 drivers. You will need to extract the .exe of the driver to a folder, replace the inf with the one you create, and then install the driver. Good luck
