EEK! BSOD's with 174.74 whql driver

hello

first post here , i have the same nv4disp.dll problem with a 9600 gt 512 mo pcie and 174.74 whql driver . i have uninstalled the nvidia display driver , uninstalled all nvidia driver i have, rebooted ,, have make a driver cleaner on the pc , reinstalled all the driver whql nvidia ... and still the same problem .when i launch a 3d game , the pc freeze ,the blue screen appear and the pc reboot
my pc is : amd x2 5600 am2, motherboard msi neo 2f bios 1.9 nforce 550, 4 go of ram (declared in xp pro 3.25 go) , g force 9600 gt 512 mo pcie buy in june 2008 the 03 ,xp pro sp3 , all driver are whql !!
i'm working on 3d modeling and i need to resolve the problem
if someone have one answer ..

sorry for have reactived a dead post ..i have tried the 175 driver and the problem is the same. this night i have installed the xtrem g driver and have play one hour to devil may cry 4 ..and after one hour the pc freeze , the blue screen appear with nv4disp.dll error abd the pc reboot

really disturbed with this problem , i have read a million of post in the world who speak about the nv4disp.ddl , it s a know bug and nobody have the right solution.
if you can help me i take
