A serious 8800GT Alpha Dog problem

Hi guys,
Yesterday I bought a Nvidia 8800 GT XFX Alpha Dog 512 MB videocard.
PC specs.: Fujitsu Siemens Scaleo J
- System: Windows XP Home Edition SP2/SP3
- 2,5 gb RAM
- Intel Pentium D(Dual Core)
- Energy(voeding in dutch)= 400W
-Asus P5SD2 motherboard/mainboard
- 150 gb HDD

So after I built the videocard in my pc, I started it.
All worked fine, I removed my old driver software, and installed the new driver software from the CD, it didn't work , instead it gave an error.
PIC: http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/2...gnvidiaty1.png
it's Dutch but it says :

Error (with) installation of Nvidia
'The Nvidia-installprogram couldn't find a restricted driver which is compatibel with your current software'

So I formatted my whole PC and made a fresh Windows XP installation,
but still my computer dind't recognize my new videocard. I went to the control panel->display->advanced->adapter but I couldn't see any other options antoher PIC.: http://img528.imageshack.us/img528/9412/adaptercq4.png
If I press properties(eigenschappen) its says VgaSave but I can't do anything else, I can't install new restricted drivers.
I tried everything, I deleted all drivers, Installed Omega, but still the same error.
And if I try to add new hardware at the control panel, the computer doesn't even detect the card or show it.

PLEASE HELP

Thanks in advance

System Specs

Hi there and welcome to DriverHeaven!

You might want to try the newest nVidia drivers for XP. What does the device manager say does it have VGA compatible driver installed?
