Hi all it is my first post here and i got a problem and need help on that

so : i got a friend that uses the Nvidia card 6800gs/xt ( AGP Version )on a game that called "Second life" the problem is that she crashes all the time befor she ever log in the game

now she said that her card is not recognize by her computer ( it recognize it is a nvidia card but not the model )
she updated the last version of the driver : (175.19)
she even role back to (169.21) and still noting
she gets blue screen when she try yesterday after 12 time the she got blue screen she finely got in sl and after she role back to the last version


now what can she do that the card will be recognize ? what driver any ideas would nice thank u and sorry about my english

her spec is :
