Gainward Bliss 9600gt voltage mods

I ran across this article but seems it only provides information for the Nvidia reference card.

Any ideas? I have an Accelero S1 w/ Turbo fans installed on this should handle vcore 1.4V and vmem 1.2V easily. This is a red board manufactured by Palit/Gainward.
