Omega Driver issues with Geforce 7300 GT

Hello, i recently tried running the newest Omega drivers for Nvidia Geforce graphics card, and have had nothing but problems with it, either it endlessly causes my computer to restart, shows a mutilated version of my desktop wallpaper (to the point of cant see anything on screen), or on the one case it didnt cause catastrophic failure, the games i tried running with it saw a huge drop in performance to the point of looking like a power point slide show, in this last case once computer restarted it went back to rebooting constantly.

I heard at one point the Geforce omega drivers were no longer in development, but that tag saying they arent has been removed, so presumed that it was picked up again.

Since this issue i have tried uninstalling drivers, programs and reinstalling them after using driver cleaner and ccleaner and still no go. my latest attempt i have reformatted and even on a fresh reformat it still has this issue.

here are my specs, am i completely S.O.L. on omegas?
