9800 gt problem

Hi all, I have a problem running DMC 4 with DX10.
I have a Q9300 Quad Core, 4 GB RAM, Nvidia GEFORCE 9800 GT. Windows Vista 32bit
When I try to run DMC4 with DX9.0c it works great. However when i try to run it with DX10, i encounter a problem with the colors, they just go crazy...
When I bought the computer the game worked fine on DX10. But after I formatted it, the problem began.
Is that a problem with the video card definitions? i dont think that when i bought the computer the latest drivers were installed.
