Well, I sold my XFX XXX Edition GTX 260's yesterday and ordered a couple of the new XFX Black Edition GTX 285's last night. They should be here tomorrow and I can hardly wait!
Newegg.com - XFX GX285NZDBF GeForce GTX 285 Black Edition 1GB 512-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards Newegg.com - Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more! ![]() The funny thing is that I found the exact same gpu on Tigerdirect for $399 but when I checked Newegg, they had it listed for $420. I contacted Newegg and asked if they took part in price matching and the csr replied that Newegg doesn't participate in price matching but she asked if she could have the link to where I found it. After I showed her, she said they would grant me a $20 refund on each card as soon as I emailed with the order number. Well, last night I logged onto Newegg to purchase them and noticed they had dropped the price of them to match Tiger's pricing on the same card! Just one more reason why Newegg rocks! I'll be upgrading my hard drives to VelociRaptors along with upgrading my cpu to the QX6800 at which point I'll have upgraded as much as I possibly can without getting a new case, mobo, and ram.
