actually I see no need, even though the case is small its a good looking case and good quality. 8800 runs everything but crysis and gta4 fine. In addition, I am far too lazy to rebuild my computer again, that's the main reason why. i did upgrade to a pci express 2.0 board too... i need my desktop. I don't know if BFG will toss me another gtx260 or crappier 8800gt. i'd really like a gts 250 1gb today hahahaa. but if the 250 isn't much difference maybe I should grab it and sell the old 8800. In addition, the 9800gtx+ is the same card but for some reason larger?

I gave up, I went and bought a GTS 250 512mb, I'm sure bfg will send me the wrong one or something again, that will be up for sale. I'm too lazy to sell a case online and rebuild the whole thing thats the deal. Hopefully everything is A-OK. I hope BFG sees this thread to know how lame their customer service department was. Especially their manager Jeff who knew of my case and did nothing. Bitching online does nothing though normally lol. It just feels good to be back on my desktop

after reading this thread, they might just think "typical demanding customer wanting everything and having nothing to do with it" and not really care as long as they have replaced the part out with another part of equal or greater performance than the original part sent in.

i know that's what happens with other companies. not saying who though

note: the above was worded as best as i could possibly word it. it may sound wrong to some people, but it's how i could best word it and have it sound as right as possible to what i mean to say.

I went out and bought a gts 250 512mb because I got so fed up with their RMA. I did buy another BFG, because I'm sure XFX will do the same junk. Actually, my video card issues have always been with nVidia during their good times but never with ATi. Unfortunately, performance and features sells me. phoned them last week and told them send me another GTX260 right away so I can sell it... and guess what nothing has been processed. Been busy with exams to call so I will try tomorrow and bitch.

I will never buy another BFG product, let alone I have more issues with nVidia products than my ATi for some reason. I have had terrible customer service, now it has gone to the point they can't even process the last portion of an RMA. Wasted enough long distance too calling.
