3rd Party Heatsink/Fan [nVidia]

Well I figured I would make a new topic and not relive my old thread that we all considered fixed, but only since im asking a new question.

For those unfamiliar:
My old problem reoccured a week after thinking we fixed the issue. My GPU crashes (either memory or gpu over heats) whenever I try to play games with higher video settings set. Id say its whenever my card is working to achieve an everage of 30-35 FPS. I have never seen the card above 57 celsius via RivaTuner before it locks. I have reformatted since then, tried other drivers, tried underclocking some, no go.

Whats the best 3rd party fan/heatsink to get for this card? Or should I just sell it on eBay and get a new one? Specs below

XFX Geforce 9600 GSO 1.5 GB stock
Gigabyte EP45-UD3LR w/ e6550 @ 2.8
2 GB DDR2 pc6400
500w PSU
Windows XP x64

EDIT- Replacement card to be GDDR3 w 512 or 1 GB. I think I saw a 9600 GTX on sale for $99 USD at the store the other day, thats what I payed for this GSO. It sounds as if I may be better off getting a GDDR3 with 512 MB if I get at least 60 back from the GSO. And the price difference would be about the same as an upgraded heatsink/fan no?
