WTF....everything i typed was deleted when i tried to post....anyway
![]() Thats what i got. The sound will not work on my TV at home. Under the sound section of the control panel, it says the HDMI is not plugged in. But im using it to display the laptop now I am runnung Vista x64 as well Under the Nvidia control panel, under Video & Television, there is a menu called "Change the signal or hd format" It will only allow me to select DVI from the drop down menu for some reason. As you can see i updated the drivers today and that also did not help. I own a Philips 42" TV....not sure model number exacly but it one with the ambilight. The sound will not work on here. I think it was becuase the first time i plugged the hdmi cable in it popped up with some sort of wizard that i cant find anymore. I might have messed it up there some how....any idea how to get that back? Also my friend has a samsung tv at his house and it will work there. Oh and its an HP laptop with an Intel C2D T6400, 4gb HYUNDAI! ram, and a Compal MOBO bios version f.25 - 12/23/2008 any more info please ask |
