just seen an article on xbitlabs of a graphics card costing a whooping $1000 articl here
a little expensive! what is your opinion on the article. |

Yeah, just a little. Sounds like they are charging about $300-$400 just for a watercooling kit, now that is just about crazy.

nice ..... costs too much, the losses alone in 6 months on this card would purchase a top of the range at that time.

well my point was that reselling this card in say 6 months........ you would be lucky to get half the initial cost. I guess buying something like a 9600 pro is the best all round option, certainly the best value for money. Im still amazed just how good the 9600 pro is. My kid brother has one and his is sitting at 500 core stable. fantastic.

funny thing is....you could buy a 9700 Pro for $200 and I bet you'd still get better benchies in HL2 :P
