What's the best card in the next two months?

I'm an Nvidia user gone ATI and wants to go back again for some reason..

The majority of the games I play right now, for some reason, or another, really, really don't like ATI cards.

So, I think I'm gunna get a Geforce to start off with, then when things get worked out between game devs, and ATI, I'll get an x800, or whatever new thing they have out at that point in time.

So, what's the best Nvidia card that'll come out in the next 2-3 months? I'd prefer a PCI-X compatible card, but it's not required.

I haven't followed the Nvidia cards past geforce 4s, when I switched to a Radeon 9600 pro.

So, what do you recommend?

Err, so it sounds more sane than the way it came off -

I'm getting a totally new system once some card comes out that's halfass reliable.

Price isn't a matter, and the system (minus the card, and mobo, since they haven't come out yet, I don't think)

is up to 1630.

So, all that's left is the card, and a PCI-X motherboard. I want THE best card that'll be out in the next 2-3 months. Don't care how much, or anything else like that.

Just THE best (nvidia PREFERRED)

Also, maybe a link to a description, or some spec listings, or whatever would be cool..

Thanks for those that reply =)

-EDIT- http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...133-066&depa=0

What's that all about? A grand for a video card? Are they special, or something? Are they any good for gaming?

That shows that it only has dual DVI ports.. I have a CRT monitor.

Are there other cards gunna be made with ports for both?

EDIT - Did some browsing, and it says that the Ultra Extreme will be out after the Ultra, but it's got some better specs.. IS that worth it? Or is that like ATI's XT series that comes OCed, and everything? I can do all of that myself, if that's the case.

A DVI to VGA converter should be included.

Awesome... Done deal, then. Unless someone else comes in and miraculously shatters that card, I'm gettin' it.
