S-Video Output on Ti4200

Does anyone know if there is a proggie or modified driver out there for the TI 4200 that allows you to change the size of the S-Video output on the TV. Basically I use the s-video ouput and it over runs the edge of screen on the left and right. So adjusting the position of the screen doesn't help. I need to squeeze the screen tighter like I did on my old Radeon. Anyon have an idea? Thanks in advance.

there is a program that fixes this.

i think its called tvtool but i can't find any info about it right now.
