Noob Question

When I overclock my card should i make the settings all the way up?

what are you talking about? if you're using coolbits, then have it test what your max would be. that will give you a target speed. You will have to adjust from there. normally, i keep increasing until I start to see artifacts, then I back down 10mhz from there.
