Video out problems with GeForce 3

So I've just hooked up an old computer to the TV in order to watch movies. I'm using an S-video cable from the back of the computer directly into the back of the TV. The video outputs to the TV ok, it's just the the picture doesn't fill up the whole screen. I've used the same TV before with my other computer which uses an ATI 9600. The image filled up the whole screen just fine.

I've tried various refresh rates and resolutions with the same effect each time. Thanks ahead of time for any help.
