6800nu GPU temp. ???

This might be a no brainer but i thought i'd post it anyway. I was a little worried about the high temp's i was seeing on my new e-VGA 6800nu's GPU, around 58 to 60 celcius idle. I did a few search's but found nothing regarding non ultra cards only GT's and Ultra's. These guy's were lowering their GPU temps by upping their core speeds, so i thought i'd give this a try on my card (325 to350), guess what my idle temp dropped to 47 celcius that's a 14 degree drop, i guess you can call this success

im having the same problem here my temps are round 60 to 62 celcious idle and it goes up to 74 on full load

Give it a try, o/c your gpu 25 mhz in both 2D and 3D and see if you temp goes down.

that is pretty weird. goes against the laws of physics.
