NVIDIA or Omega Drivers

I am new to nVIDIA and wanted to know which is best for gaming and image quality, nVIDIA 71.84 or Omega Drivers 1.6177 (Forceware 61.77)

I would go with the 71.84s without question, however i recommend the DHzeropoint 71.84s from www.dhzeropoint.net.

The game tweaks that come with the drivers, so they increase FPS or graphic quality?

Both, but mostly designed as quality in mind without losing too much fps(usually configs have increased fps).
