Anyone having issues with FSAA?

Heya guys, just bought a Nvidia 6800Gt and i love the thing to bits! Just wondering if anyone knows why i can set up FSAA in the control panel only to have it not apply itself in game. Not all games as HL2 does it brilliantly but some others it just won't apply itself. Tyehy aren't old games either/ Medal of honour pacific assault for example.

From what I hear, Pacific Assault doesn't support any AA...
