Green Shadows, Smoke etc.

1.5 gig PC3200 Corsair
EVGA GeForce 6800
XP Pro w/ Service Pack 2
onboard 6 channel audio
200gig Western Digital SATA

I first began to notice a green shadow or a shader in CS:S on certain guns in certain parts of maps, but then I just bought GTA:SA and I now have green exhaust smoke, green shadows, and other random green things. Does anyone know what this could be? This card is running completely stock.
