No TV-OUT

Have Sparkle GeForce FX5200 which has DVI and TV-OUT support. But for some reason I can only get picture out on a TV or on the MONITOR but not on TV and monitor at the same time.
It's like it doesn't install the driver for secondary display.
Here's a picture:

Have tried different drivers to no avail. The system is freshy installed. Motherboard is GYGABITE NFORCE3 (drivers installed)

drop the resolution to 640x480 and see if that helps, as some TV's will go blank ratehr then scale down

I edited my first post.
Now I can get TV-OUT or monitor. But I can't have both enabled at the same type. Since nVidia display mode only gives me SINGLE DISPLAY OPTION.
This error is really weird.
