Can I use my 5600Xt for a 20" or 24" widescreen?

Hi all, first post here!

I am looking to purchase either a Dell 24" widescreen monitor or a 20" widescreen for my home office. But I am wondering if my card supports that resolution?

My current card is Nvidia geforce fx 5600XT. On the Dell site it states "system must be able to support WUXGA resolution (1920x1200)" for the 24" monitor, which is here.

Also I have read some reviews on the Dual 256MB Nvidia GeForce 7800 GTX card. Does anyone here have any opinions on that, because I would really like to also purchase 2 of those 20" widescreens and that card for my work computer.
