I just did for my family... you could get a $500 fine or 3 months in jail or BOTH!

it literally took me 3 mins. I've wasted way more time on personality surveys and doing it online looked less confusing

your damn lucky.... you don't get like 6 billion forms to fill out with stupid quesitons..

i'm extremely lucky, i didn't have to fill out a single form... i don't technically live anywhere

You didn't get the long form... it's far more time consuming.

I thought of doing ours, but my father keeps bees, so we got an agricultural one as well, I decided to let him fill it all out.
