Well its trick but they do make srays I usealy just use a damp paper towel
monitor-cleaning premoistened wipes, or with monitor-cleaning solution
sprayed on a cloth or paper towel. You have to take care in what you use....

I've heard that most LCD cleaners are just water and some rubbing alcohol and it's easy to make it yourself.

Dampened microfiber cloth takes care of typical monitor smudges. If you need something more effective you can put a miniscule drop of hand dishwashing liquid in a glass of hot water and stir it around. Dip a piece of cloth in that and work gently on the smudges before wiping the surface dry. I've never seen a need for stronger or specialised cleaning chemicals.

RE: Newspapers for cleaning glass

From many, many years ago, one of the best items that can be used for cleaning glass is old newspapers. We used to use these all the time before paper towels came into common usage. (Yes, I'm THAT old. LOL!)

Anyway, for something like an LCD screen, I'd be VERY careful about using paper towels. I'd fear there could be some scratching as a result.

What I would use, however, is an old (or even new) white sock. Just dampen it with a little, very little, dish liquid and water. Dish liquid will cut the grease and grime left from the fingerprints. Then, just wipe it clean with a dry part.
