My RAZR went through the washing machine tonight

it's currently baking in the oven at ~150 to dry it out.....i hope it works, cuz I can't afford a new phone ATM

oh man. motorola's don't take too kindly to water. i have dropped mine onto concrete MANY times(far too many actually

) and it still works like a charm. but my dad has been thru multiple motorola phones because of water/excessive moisture. there is an indicator inside the phone under the battery. it should be white. if it's(if i remember right)blue...err was it red?? then u're screwed! my brother just took his swimming a couple of weeks ago. he said after he let it dry out. it worked long enough to get his phone numbers from memory, then crapped out. im not sure exactly how H2O affects the sim card though. (shrug)

the dot is red, but the cell providers add that...if it's red, it means they don't have to service it udner the warranty
