Well, I know this is old, but I just noticed my download speeds have just about doubled to tripled. This is to Cox.net implementing "speed boost". Here are my results:

upload has been limited due to alot of people taking advantage of the way the hell over the top originally available 9-14mb/s upload speeds.

not bad for this time of day either.... usually the system starts getting slowed down to around the 5mb/s (still putting in more towers and upgrading hardware.. it'll never end)...

I tend to not bypass the service limiter, they don't really like it when i do that.... lol...
