Ok, dudes and dudettes, let's start a seasonings poll!
![]() How do you like your meat and other stuff? Really hot and spicy with lots of chili sauce 'n' stuff, or rather only mild? As for me, I like it really hot'n'spicy I have some "Texican Salsa Chili Sauce" from "Kraft" (popular German brand) of which I use plenty on all sorts of stuff I've also recently had some chili sauce from "Heinz" (that's an American brand, isn't it?) which looked promising because it had "Extra Hot" written on it, but I didn't find it hot at all So I went back to the Kraft chili sauce.

How about some nice hobineros? Might be too hot for some, but damn they sure make a good breakfast seasoning!

Ouch, around $50 or more for some, let's better forego those ![]() But here, "Blair's Sudden Death Sauce" - sounds promising It has even Ginseng in it, would be most probably a very interesting taste

To give you an idea....... The buffalo wings at hooters (horrible wings I might add) with their 911 sauce is a joke. Those aren't hot enough.

Yeah, Hooters' buffalo wings are a joke, but I don't eat there because the food's great.
"The Source, 7.1 million Scoville Units (Pepper Extract)" looks REALLY good, but it'll be a while before I can try it as it costs $100!! Once I get a taste of it, I'll probably have to saw off my tongue and stuff a jar of peanut butter in my mouth, but I'll know what it tastes like! ![]() ~eyeguy616 *note: peanut butter is another known remedy that kills the 'hot' sensation brought on by hot sauce. Milk also works, but not as well as peanut butter.
