It is run by two chaps from Israel in Yokosuka, and the one in Yokohama was run clandestinely by the Yakusa I presume. Young girls looking for companionship and chatty. I never went on a date, preferring to be seen with the prettier ones for the price of drink they never drank for some reason and being seen among my peers.
