Tropical storm NOEL

Well it looks like I'm in for a direct hit from NOEL today. Things have started to get dark and the wind is starting to increase. It's not supposed to get nasty until later today with winds of 100 Km/h gusting over 140 Km/h If it's anything like Juan from a few yrs ago this is gonna suck bigtime. I will try and get photo's later if the storm gets nasty

No, just rain and wind, I live a couple of hours away from Chaos.

The electricity company in the province here seems to be a running joke, for a number of reasons.

When Juan (an actual hurricane) hit a few years ago, it knocked out power to about 3/4 of the province (population-wise, area-wise the hurricane damage was far reduced), which took the utility company over 2 weeks to fix.
