It's not very bad, it looks like the temperatures never reached very high levels.
If it was insured or/and if he has the money, repairs shouldn't take more than few days.

I'm dangerous but cute...
|
I used to start fires when I was a kid (aged 10-12). Set fire to both my home and the folks next door. Not out of malice or anything but I just used to love the shape of flames and the way they moved. When I was about 13 I discovered women and now I just burn bridges!!
