like others have said, if you dont want to/cant beat him down yourself, get the police to take care of him (assuming you see him at the gym again that is)

well i read. so Mousey, unless no one want to help you, your parent and your real world friends should support you on this.
if people saw what happened on that day, ask them for help and see if they are willing to be witness to that.
then yes, let police take care of the problem for you, why wait?
if you don't want any help from the police, then i think you should go get him. this is what i would do if that happens to my kid and i'm sure that my kid didn't hide the real story.

Only problem is, the gym's located in a rough area and there's stuff like prostitution and drugs going on down there on nights, the gym's already been searched for drugs apparently so if we report it the place could get shutdown, and the only other gym is in sheffield which is too far for most of us to go every week.

I'm friendly with pretty much everyone in the gym, so maybe they'll end up kicking that guy out unofficialy.
Tomorrow's saturday, almost feels like judgement day :/

You've absolutely got the edge. Kept your head, even tried to calm him down. And you've the kind of inner character that leads you, even uncontrollably, to vent your rage against him in tears afterward - very cool. You're obviously not a hard brick wall that blows down just as hard in a storm, but more like a willow in the wind - bending but never breaking.

You may be able to diffuse the situation and calm it before it ever happens again with a look, body language, even words, or nothing at all - only you can determine that. Be aware, have friends with you if you can, and use the authority of the law if he touches or threatens to again. The threat of bodily harm is a crime - it too is called assault.

If you're in danger though, remember your martial arts training and use your head, all of your environment, all you have. If you HAVE to stop him - do it - with stone cold speed and precision. If you don't have to (or shouldn't), leave, quickly if necessary. Remember, be aware and think on your feet, keep your cool...

Strangely enough he never turned up

The gym was really empty this week compared to how it usually is, i mean, you could do a flip without waiting 20 minutes for em to clear the corpses of people that bailed out the way
