I was just wondering now since they put tv online shows the next day after they air. Do you watch TV when first air or do you watch them online later?

I'm from Canada and we are completely screwed in the online tv show department. All USA and UK content is blocked for Canadians and we don't have any online streaming sites that I know of. Still, I voted "online" because I download all my tv shows off bittorrent the next day it's basically the same thing.

There free firewall called netveda lets hide your computer on internet it's very good firewall and works well with router its best fire wall I used in while
I took norton 360 away lol so far netveda works very well light on system. You may want try that firewall to see if you can watch tv shows from usa or try that hidemy isp software.

Computers are more frequently being setup in the living room, attached to a larger monitor or a TV..
and people are removing thier set top boxes and using thier computer to both play and record whatever they want.... VCRs are being thrown out by the truck loads....

while i have been thinking about doing the comp thing with my ht, just cant find a compelling reason. dont know a single person that has either. not saying that peeps arent, just saying it isnt very common... yet. not sure if it will be either given tivo(etc) & multifunction boxes like ps3(have 2 tivos & 1 ps3) & to lesser extent 360.
vcrs died years ago judas. while i have 2 mits svhs vcrs, it has been at least 4 years since i used either one other than for kids movies in the guest room. & been at least 2 yrs since that was done as i have enough kid movies on dvd now.

personally i never used vcrs..
but people are still using them today.... and running into more frequent problems.. standard DVDs are basically disappearing as well as BR-DVD players are moving in to replace them (course since the hd-br war ended, it's flopped back again)
