no no...


i caught it..... let it go... and so far the only humming birds i've seen has been the ones that come up to the red stained glass in the huge windows i've got....

i had a sparrow 1 day after the hummingbird in... but those ones you can grab with your hands easily enough.

hey while i'm at it....

to give you an idea of why the birds likely could have a problem getting out...

the store only has front windows.. big ones..

and the door is "in" a ways from the face of the store..... so they come in.. and try to get out through te windows... missing hte doors..

btw... my eldest sister hand painted those signs....

Who is Chico, Harpo & Groucho? Do you own that store? You must be proud if you do. How big's the town it's in? I would definitely edit that picture though. You don't want everyone on the www knowing you number is....

Edit: you may have deleted the photo now but I may still phone you (you're in my litlle book of people to play practical jokes on now. I know the name of the store and phone number lol). I'll be the crazy London guy pretending to be a moose. I've been known to do good hummingbird impressions too and could probably lay a tiny egg if I really focused

you got the first 2 names right the last one however wrong

no hard feelings... in my haste i neglected to think and i shoulda removed the names orginally...

lol.... no i don't do well with jokes related to business....

off hours i don't mind...

Yes i do own the store, i moved into this building febuary 5th after remodeling it and fixing it up to make useable... alot of exterior work needs to be done though...

the main store which is essentially one giagantic room with no walls, is 1500 square feet...... followed by a leanto off the box which is another 1000... the basement is identically the same square footage.. but is currently unuseable.

the building itself is one of the oldest building in town here..... 100 years i think or more..


the town is roughly 300 people give or take.. the surrounding area is probaby at most 500 more people within a 20 mile radius...

3000 over a 50 mile radius

It is a lovely building. Trying to work out what 1500 sq feet looks like.

btw if you paint the windows black or boarded them up then the birdies won't get confused and will leave the way they entered (through the front door). I can paint them for you if if you like. I would only charge $150 CAN per hour and a call out charge of say....from London to Canada...erm...$900 CAN. Total $1050. But you're lucky, as I'm doing summer madness promotion and I'll do the lot for $999.99
