he was genuinely funny, and I love the cracks he made about Obama and McCain, he did not believe the hype or the bullshit about voting for anyone because of their race, colour or cultural creed, he was real. Too bad he was so ill. This is a total bummer dude.

He was my favorite King of Comedy. I kinda hoped one day he'd land a show similar to Curb Your Enthusiasm on HBO rather than those family friendly FOX series he did.

I did not know him but it looks like he was a good and funny guy. May he rest in peace.

Thank you OmegaRED for the links. It's the first time I watch some of his work. I'm not a native english speaker and sadly, I only understand half of what he's saying so I'm missing all the jokes. It's not the same accent but it reminds me of some british people I met last year. I had trouble understand one fourth of what they were saying.
