The Loreal thing is for the summer or when I'm in the tropics for remoisturising the skin. I don't use any sunblock or aftersun as my skin is dark and I don't burn. But I swear by my a Loreal to keep the sun from drying out my skin when used morning and night.

Now, and this will make you laugh, in the winter when it is freezing and the wind is blowing from the north, the guys and I may still take a boat a few miles out to sea to do some fishing or just maybe fish from a pier if the sea is too rough. The wind will be bitterly cold and it's your legs and feet where the numbness/cold really sets in. So, I wear womens tights (called stockings in the US) underneath my jeans. I repeat the words 'underneath my jeans.' They really work at keeping you warm.

Next time you're in a little fishing port ask all the fishermen if they wear tights (stockings) and you'll be surprised at the answers. Or maybe not

And no. the tights (stocking) are not seamed, their not fishnets, I don't wear suspenders or frilly lacy nickers. I have lots of hair on my chest. I enjoy football, boxing etc etc. I just wear 'el cheopo' tights from the store [ONLY WHEN I'M FISHING IN THE WINTER].
