Big Grin Part time job
As many of you know, I had ambitions of finding a simple, uncomplicated part time job. Unfortunately, as I have gotten a little older, I have become a little less sensitive. So after landing my new job as a Wal-Mart greeter, a good find for many retirees, I lasted less than a day......


About two hours into my first day on the job a very loud, unattractive, mean-acting woman walked into the store with her two kids, yelling obscenities at them all the way through the entrance. As I had been instructed, I said pleasantly, "Good morning, and welcome to Wal-Mart.. Nice children you have there. Are they twins?" The ugly woman stopped yelling long enough to say, "Hell no, they ain't twins. The oldest one's 9, and the other one's 7. Why the hell would you think they're twins? Are you blind, or just stupid?"


So I replied, "I'm neither blind nor stupid, Ma'am, I just couldn't believe you got laid twice. Have a good day and thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart."


My supervisor said I probably wasn't cut out for this line of work.......

now i have to question how legit that "story" actually is, but it's pretty hilarious


i used to do that job at kmart (before getting transferred to another department) - the amount of times i'd have liked to say things like that though....

a customer after waiting about 2hrs:

"Can i withdraw this check here?"

*gives me the check and his ID*

me:

"sr. do you know where you are?"

him:

"of course i do! this is bank "A"! i have not waited 2hrs for nothing; i have bills to pay today with that money. i´m not blind nor a idiot! GIVE ME MY F***iNG MONEY NOW!!!"

Me(Evil mode on):

"Sr. may i call your attention to the big bold lettering in the huge marquee right in front of this very building wich reads "BANK B".

*customer looks around with a "WTF?" look on his face*

*i pretend to look at my watch*

me:
"Sr. and its allready 17:10(all banks closes at 16:00) i´m afraid you will not be able to withdraw yor check today, have a nice day. NEXT!"
