Exactly, you dont see any shots of the kids arm all crushed and limp after the car has driven over it, most probably because it was just a stunt, otherwise, if this was for real then the tool that put these snaps together would, without a shread of doubt have shown the end result. That may sound harsh, but of course there are extremes of both worlds.

Sending someone to thier room or doing the 3/10 second count down is no form of disapline. Running a childs arm over or hanging them is just another rediculious extreme.

I should clarify my postings. It's a human rights violation to excute under 18. And there are already scads of photos of kids under 18 being executed. Google it.

Only if any Adult person stole something s/he will get his arm cut off (not by a car or anything like that) and it must be adult , for the kids nothing applied on them.

But if you consider the argument that once a person kills they forefeit their right to life, it kinda defeats the purpose of a human rights act. Especially in the cases of guantanomo bay, there's no proof the people there are even affiliated with terrorists and they're beaten, electrocuted and deprived of sleep and food until they crack and can legally be (falsely) killed.
