Ok. Seriously though. If you are sure I have a problem and can see a way of it being "overcome', why can't you help me then?

If the answer is so obvious and anyone can see it, What is it? Man I'm losing my hearing my stomach aches I have a bad back which stops me from working too hard and I have bad gums.

I can't think of anything that can heal any of that.
