Yeah, but here dominating is like giving a reason to other's to be competative which isn't really a bad thing I think..

I don't know really. Things often get messy when people start being too competitive.

Besides, what would happen if anyone who saw a support thread posted a (completely benevolent) opinion on what they think might be the issue? The poor sod who started it would end up with a dozen different advices and wouldn't have any idea where to start. This is a big community of knowledgeable and experienced people who are always ready to help, so unless I think I have a pretty good idea of what's causing the issue or what should be the first step towards determining that, I think I'm doing the asker a bigger favour by not posting some wild guess as there's a 99% chance that some other member will have a better understanding of the problem.

they were appropriately entitled "55%" "68%" "80%" etc
