It does for some women, those who manage to "hook" an athlete or something (though more commonly the guy only has the money and it's the woman who has to supply the youth and looks), but it's a rather sad plan for one's future intimate life and a sad evaluation of one's personal qualities and means for success in life. I hope she's not really 100% serious about it.
