If it helps, one of my girl cats disappeared for like 2 months, showed up in the house one day fat & fit & healthy, and one of my kids friends tells me she just sort of adopted an old woman the other side of the village. So your cat might be fine, she maybe just found someone who feeds her stuff she prefers (they can be fickle beasts, to say the least..)
