How many HH'ers smoke?

How many of you smoke? I smoke Canadian Silvers and will maybe quit later on in life but for now just can't resist them. How many of you all smoke?

yes and No. I don't smoke by myself but the amount of people smoking everywhere pollute the air for me just like If were smoking. It is overcrowded here , that's why I feel I am filled with smoke. Sad but i can do nothing about it.

I'm a full time, rather heavy smoker. I've always got something stressing me out and i'm naturally very jumpy and kinda paranoid so Nicotine seems to calm the shakes lol. Unfortunately i'm heavily dependent on it but i don't like it being that way so i'm cutting down.

I smoke hand-rolled cigarettes pretty much exclusively unless i'm offered a factory smoke, Usually either Golden Virginia or Amber Leaf tobaccos.

my father gave me a cigarette at the age of 5 or 6..... and showed me how to properly smoke it..... he said if i was going to smoke.. do it right or do not do it at all..

so he lit one.. and then lit one for me.. and told me to do as he did......

inhaled like he did..

game over... i have no wish at all.. ever.. to smoke.. period

I smoked for a solid 13 years of my life. I quit on the 7th of April 2009, and haven't missed it one bit since.

Wait, what? What's the legal age to buy smokes in UK?

One of my parents used to smoke and that was enough to keep me from ever touching a cigarette.

It's 18 over here in NZ, not that it stops all the 13 year old school kids I see chuffing away on them.

Never thought of getting myself hooked on a drug as particularly fun so no I don't smoke. But I think its a personal choice so I try not to judge people who do smoke

I put never but I have tried smoking. When I was 7 years old an older kid talked me into trying a cigarette. I found it vile and haven't touched one since so I've been clean for 32 years

Never touched one in my life, and never intend to, parents and siblings smoked. That and the photos of what comes out of a smokers lungs was enough to keep me away from it. Horrible habit.

Lol I've got no idea mate. If you look at the law though, you can legally have sex at 16 in the UK, and you have to be 18 before you can legally have your first pint or cig. So if you ask me the UK government is basically setting kids up so they can ruin soomeone else's life before they can ruin their own, it's ridiculous. After all self destruction is a pastime

I never understood the fascination with smoking. I never tried to smoke. Both my parents used to and still smoke a lot. When I was a kid my mother would smoke 3-4 packs a day. With 30 cigarrettes each I believe (packs are larger than in the UK).

My mother got cancer eventually, as did her also smoking heavily father and sister and mother (passive smoking).

No one stopped smoking ever, well, my grandmother did stop her passive smoking because her husband died from cancer.

Luckily on the other side (father) no one was a heavy smoker. My grandfather used to smoke from a kid till he reached 50 iirc. The doctor told him that if he didn't stop he would die soon. He stopped. (my grandmother telling him that if he didn't, they would get a divorce also helped)

I am against all drugs because they fuck up your free will and logic. You also get enslaved and are far easier to manipulate if things get really bad. With smoking you also have increased risk of getting sick. While I believe it is everyone's right to do anything they want, including smoking (just not near me), I can't say I have much respect for younger adults who smoke at this day and age when they know pretty well what smoking can do to you.
I also am forced to question their IQ for the same reason and I know I would think of it very much before I hired a smoker. (not that I even have a job, but you know what I mean).
