Who are they trying to fool? This is clearly a toy helicopter near some plastic bag, shot from a meter or so above the ground!

Too bad the BBC uses children to do their photo editing work. They're worse than China.

Here's the rest of that photo.




Note the pod to the south and slightly right of the parachute (look for the drag mark). Plus there's about 5-6 other photos in the set, 1 specifically showing the pod hitting the ground with the chute still open, another with the pod in mid descent, and there's even one with the astronauts being carried to (edit) the medical tent with that very same helicopter in the background.

That BBC photo really was a horribly cropped image to begin with. But, I've seen worse and realized it WAS, indeed, an actual photo from above.

I am not convinced.
Neither the ground or the helicopter look real.
Also, the detail in the photos from the sky above the crash/landing are way too perfect.
