Facebook changes privacy settings for millions of users - facial recognition is enabled

You can disable it it through the options.

Facebook, forever doing things people never asked for, and failing to do things people do ask for - like cleaning up the cesspit of bad apps - just count the number of "Farmville Fakes" that never get shut down.
