Steam Support question

Do they work over the weekend? I opened a ticket this morning and was wondering if I will have to wait till Monday to hear from them.

The last time i had to contact steam support to change an old email address i no longer used took two days to get a responce... EDIT: Just to mention this were only 2 or 3 months ago.

As for weekends im not sure but it may be slower.

I had to get in touch before , and like mig it took a couple days to get a reply

anyone know if its possible to get a game moved from one account to another ?
The kid bought Brink, registered it, never played it, bought it again but for 360, and gave me the PC version, but it's registered to his account..

It takes them anywhere from 3-4 days for them to respond initially, then once you respond back to them it usually takes a day to receive another reply. I know this because I had to contact them a few weeks ago regarding one of my accounts.

Get hold of his username and PW maybe? That's all I can think of for you.

You might feel (even?) more morally acceptable pirating it than you would do otherwise given that you happen to legitimately own it.

i already know his user & pass (i'm his tech support :P), but i wouldn't use it, and i was just hoping against hope that maybe Steam would be sensible and let me swap it over
