Name the song/video/artist

Yes I know how bad recording quality it is, nothing I can do about it.

I would upload it to youtube but I don't want to risk any problem with my account.

So, any idea who she is and/or the name of the song?

I ran it by Shazam and it found it.

The song is called Handsfree (If You Hold My Hand) By Sonny J.

I love this song and video, but whenever (twice) it's on TV there's no info about it.

Now, apparently Sonny J is a singer, a male singer, and I am pretty sure she is not him. What I want to know now is the name of the singer with the great voice and fantastic legs, and wtf is Sonny J doing and has released only one album so far!

ok, I am back with more information for you aka me.
Rebecca Reaney is the name of the "singer" in the video mentioned above.
She is not the one singing, she is the dancer.

The song was not written by Sonny J, music or lyrics.

Here is the original from the 50's.

The name of the actual singer is Donna Hightower and here is her song
