New Youtube makeover, do you like it?

Do you like the new Youtube look? Yes or No? I think it looks good.

I like it, and I like the HTML 5 video option too.

A friend of mine was having trouble with it, his browser kept hanging while he was playing music videos for some reason. Anyone else having trouble with it?

I don't like the "maximize video" button though. I think it's fugly.

I like the new design for the buttons, they make more sense, but overall I don't care so I put undecided. The way I use YT hasn't changed so I don't care. (I click on my name on the top right, then Subs then add the videos I want to watch on my temp list.

At least it is nothing as bad as Facebook changes.

As I no longer use flash! I must say that the html5 is blessing for me

html5 as been available on youtube for almost 2 years.... using YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. and then clicking the "join html5"

It was only updated a couple of weeks ago to support 1080p and native fullscreen amongst others things tho.

I've heard people go on about this over the last couple of weeks but my YT doesn't look any different!

Lol, amongst the changes the most noticable is probably the new light grey background, maybe your monitor is too bright

I use the logged in Youtube homepage (with recommendations, subscriptions etc.) a lot, and I think that the new version has too much going on and is far less intuitive.

I guess HTML 5 is useful. That said, I've set mine to use it and can't really tell the difference.

As with Gmail, they've replaced an industry leading user interface and I think it's a sidegrade at best.
