Wink Speed. Aw yea

I would hate to say I told ya so. But Nvidia is damn close to being on top again. And considerong I finally got out yesterday to purchase the Leadtek GeForce FX 5900 Ultra 128, Yes I settled for the 128. I am one happy individual. This card's the shit. ATwho?
Ha Ha. I love it. Just hope my wagon does not get to overcrowded.
Oh ya. Speed. I can hardly wait.

Aw shit. I think the only thing that could mean is I have a problem.
I'm gonna be a speed addict. Like I'm not allready.

You suxors!

Damn, I'm almost in agreement with ya here Allan. Even I'm getting a little tired of the same old song-n-dance over and over and over and over again!

It's fast becoming time for a change....

<sigh>

Yeah, I gotta admit me soul is getting just a bit weary of the same old fight over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over against the great un-mannered sea-o-ignorance out there.

But I soldier on; me cause is just & pure, and the forces of lies & evil are still prevalent all around.

I ain't got nothing against anyone who buys a 5900 or any other nVidia product as they're some fairly impressive cards so long as they know what they're getting, but I just don't like to see people buying their hardware under false pretenses and based on unfair/rigged comparisons.

THAT I'm gonna keep going against with me own personal brand of psychotic campaign until the word is spread to every single person I can reach even if it does get tiresome.

I still owe for the flesh, working off that karma debt.

Nvidia's brief moment

In what 5-6 weeks the next gen ATI card will be out and smoke the doors off the 5900 Ultra (which barely beats the 9800) then rinse and repeat. I for one am happy to see the competition, everyone wins. But the my cards better than yours does get old quick, all that matter's is that your happy with yer purchase. For now I'm quite happy with my 9700 pro..unless of course I wind up getting 10fps when Doom 3's out Then I'll wind up buying an ATI R420 when they roll out.

I'll just keep it simple and say glad you are happy with your purchase. No need to feed the arguement between ATI and Nvidia here.

Hey I've been thinking about buying one of these because their so close to the 9800's. I mean I am the same guy that bought a Kyro II just to try it out. Too bad Newegg no longer has the Prolink Ultra for $419.00. I was seriously thinking about picking it up. Other than to try something new I can't see the benefit for upgrading from what I have to the 9800 Pro.

Be interesting to see what it is. Maybe a last ditch effort for the nV30 line? who knows but it will be interesting none the less
