Whats more important your girl or your pc

man you people are sad, everyone choses a PC over a mate?! I'm not saying you should get off your duff and meet that right person, that happens in its on own time, but come on, do i have to tell you what one can do with a mate that one can't with an expensive hunk of plastic and silicone! I guess most people who know what i mean don't bother with internet forums such as this, they have better things to do

If you're wondering why i'm posting here, it's only because i've been out and had more than a couple of beers and my present GF isn't around. In fact, I think i'll start my own very first thread...

Aint that the life to be. I vote PC, I've had relationships, some more than one at a time. And for all the hassles, lying, and down right backstabbingness, I'm gonna have to go with my trusty PC. It also feels more like a son, knowing I built him myself adds a strong bond to me and my rig.

The question asked is comparing the 2 choices as mere sources of entertainment or objects. To me, it's like asking: What is more entertaining to you? This hot dog or this rock?

Why does your friend's boyfriend spend thinks his PC is more "important"? The answer is simple. It brings him entertainment. To him and probably many others a PC is a source of entertainment, information and outlet for creativity. I'm sure he cares for his girlfriend, but she doesn't seem to stimulate enough interest within him. Thus, the appearance of PC over girl is evident. Maybe the two of them don't have intellectual convos or something. BUT, I'm almost certain that if she had an interest in computers like he does, the two of them would be spending a lot more time together.

So the question should be rephrased to this:

Which of the two would you like to spend more time with? Your girlfriend or your PC?

OR

Which of these two gives you more entertainment? Your girlfriend or your PC?

What is my vote? It depends on the person. Like I said, if I met a girl who was out of this world and was filled with adventure or had the same interest as I do (Owning ppl on the net in games), then I'd spend more time with her~!

My pc is an object, it won't tell me it loves me, it won't lean on me when it's crying, it won't touch me when I'm crying. You also can't creat offspring with a pc, your pc won't be with you no matter what. A pc's main purpose is to entertian, nothing more.

That's why I picked GF over Pc..and the fact that her bf likes his pc more is sick. In fact, he probably just plays is and is hooked on it rather than liking it more.
