Weird glitch, AKA: Yoda's Zen.

This is all real: When I booted up my Creative Nomad Zen 2.0 Jukebox (long name eh?) I was confronted with a strange sight:

If you don't own a nomad you may not be able to tell immediately whats going on, so here is a close up:

Backwards talking the Jukebox is now, eh? Well, I'm not Yoda and I certainly can't read things backwards all that well, so this was sort of a problem. With a quick reset the Zen restored itself to normal operation, but not before I got some pics for posterity.

I'm certainly gonna send this into Creatives tech support and see what they have to say about this.
Oh yeah, and the Jukebox is a quality peice of hardware (aside from this strange glitch ).

Donator
I had that happen a few times on one of my palm pilots. Turning it off and then back on would make it all better as well.

Yeah, I'm guessing there was a hardware glitch.

Well, the software is a-ok. The problem only lasted until I reset the unit (little reset button there... like a cold boot). And the unit worked fine while the display was backwards.

My guess was that this isnt an easter egg (lols) and that it wasnt a software glitch. I keep the Zen on top of my case, right above my CD burner - it gets a little bit hot up there. So in my view the easiest explanation is that the unit overheated and something in the memory (or elsewhere) got corrupted, causing the data sent to the display to be sent in reverse. Of course this is just speculation (and pretty far fetched at that), but in the future i'm gonna stick it somewhere where it's safer.
